Hi! I’m Jennifer. Writer. Animal Lover. Creative Explorer.
I am endlessly fascinated by the way digital tools influence our work, play and allow us to be more creative and impactful in all areas of our lives.
After graduating from the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) with a focused interest in nonprofits I traveled to the Big Apple to start my career. Working in the financial sector of nonprofits taught me the importance of day-to-day operations as well as the strategic planning involved in sound fiscal policy and attracting willing donors to worthy causes. With important experience and a desire to get out from behind a desk I decided to make a shift to the animal welfare industry which combined my love of animals with my desire to work collaboratively with a wide range of people to help animals find loving, forever homes. In addition, I learned what it was to get my hands a little (or a lot) dirty.
After starting my family, my career is getting a third reboot as a freelance writer. Fascinated with the speed and scope of tech and with a Rutgers Data Analytics Certification under my belt I’m eager to show you what cutting-edge technology looks like, what it can do for you, your business and your family and show you that sometimes taking advantage of the information age means taking a look at old ideas in new ways.
